Niesha Nicole has been certfied in Classical Pilates and Yoga for 11 years. She started her bodywork journey in Los Angeles while dancing professionally. She has taught many different body types and has helped rehabilitated injuries such as ACL, MCL, frozen or shoulder impingement and various lower back injuries. Through self-practice and teaching she has developed her own style of teaching that helps dancers, athletes, and anyone wanting to better their mental and physical fitness to achieve more strength, mobility and flexibility. She has worked with athletes such as dancers, baseball players, hockey players, football players, figure skaters, and runners.
